At Check On Your Mom ("COYM"), we’re committed to delivering products that align with our mission and meet your expectations. Because many of our items are print-on-demand or custom-made to order, we follow the return policies provided by our fulfillment partners.

2. Returns

We only accept returns for the following reasons:

with a photo and brief description of the issue. Returns must be approved prior to sending the item back. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.

3. Refunds

Once your return is approved and processed, a refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to reflect in your account.

We do not offer refunds for:

Buyer’s remorse

Sizing issues (please check sizing guides before ordering)

Orders submitted with incorrect addresses

4. Exchanges

We do not currently offer exchanges. If you receive a defective item, you may request a replacement by emailing us with photos and your order number.

5. Shipping Issues

We are not responsible for delays, lost packages, or delivery errors made by third-party carriers. If a package is marked as delivered but not received, please contact the carrier directly to file a claim.

6. Donations and Digital Products

All donations are final and non-refundable. All digital downloads (e.g., caregiver PDFs, tools, guides) are non-refundable once delivered.
